Peter,
I will be sending out direct email, posting to this list, and when neede 
snail mail notification of all major events for awhile.  I will eventually 
set up an easy way for people to subscribe to the blog updates, too.
We fortunately only have about 6 members of the New England Chapter without 
a listed email, so I don't think it will be too hard for people to make this 
transition.
As soon as I can get a bit more content on there of interest to the wider 
world I will also promote it on your list and elsewhere as well.
