Hello all,
At long last we are closing down our infrequently updated web site and discontinuing the (recently) rare newsletters in favor of a blog.

We are well aware of the pros and cons of this means of communication for the chapter and you may be assured that we will do our best to make the transition as smooth and painless as possible.  We are working on ways to be certain that all members get information in a timely way, and this will include some traditional snail mail as well as digital publications.

There is information posted on the new blog regarding an upcoming holiday gathering (December 20, 2008) which will coincide with a visit to Sid Berger's extensive paper collection.  This event will have limited registration so act soon. And speaking of time sensitivity; the closing date of the chapter's exhibition is fast approaching (December 20, 2008).  Inspired Design has been a highly successful exhibition by all measures, thanks in no small part to the co-curators Barbara Adams Hebard and Barbara Blumenthal.  One of those measures is the sale of several bindings in the exhibit.

Watch for details soon to be added to the blog concerning Tom Conroy's upcoming March visit to Boston.  Lectures, workshops, and field trips are in the planning stages and you'll hear about it all on the blog!
