[GBW] recent problems with the GBW listserv

The GBW listserv  has been having some problems over the last couple of
weeks.  I think they are all resolved now, but I won¹t know 100% for sure
until later this week.

If you receive a message about and ³excessive number of bounces² you can
ignore this.  I¹m not entirely clear what this means, but it¹s not a good
thing.  I cleared everyone who had any bounces, so it not a concern.

Later this week if you find you cannot post to the list or are having other
problems, please let me know.
