Thanks for the news about Joe Newman.  I hadn't 
seen him for several years, but he was one of the 
first binders I talked to about teaching at 
NBSS.  I'm sad to hear of his passing.

I expect that Chela Metzger will visit us here on 
Thursday, and we will have some lunch and talk 
about the future at NBSS.  Mark is scheduled to 
return from London on Wednesday night.  If your 
schedule is open at that time, I'd be delighted 
if you could join us for lunch.  Chela is coming 
around 11:45 to look around.  So we'll be headed 
to lunch around noon.  Let me know if you can squeeze this in.
