882 Stark Avenue, Niskayuna, NY 12309 residence. 518-374-5325
 
Some books have dealer’s listed as I have located copies there. 
It does not mean they are my copies.  I have thankfully recovered 15 of my titles via Dennis Holzman Antiques in Albany, NY.  
 
First edition AA Knopf Publishing. All are signed by the author. All AA Knopf books were editions of 350 copies
