Jean (and anyone else),
There is a link to ordering the catalog at the bottom of the main links on
the introductory page as well, as at the top of the "footer" of every
page, that takes you to the catalog ordering page with sample views and
a link to the PDF (Adobe Acrobat) version of the ordering form that you
can print out and mail in.

Additionally, a paper order form is being included with the August issue
of the Newsletter, so you should be getting that soon.
