Dear Colleagues,

Regretfully, I am forced to cancel plans to celebrate with the GBW this
year in New York. Before I cancel this reservation, I wanted to know if
anyone would like to take advantage of this fairly reasonable
accommodation.   

I have reservations for a single bed (with additional  roll-out bed you
must ask for it at time of registration)at Club Quarters Rockefeller
Center, New York, for October 11-15.
