Hi Wendall,

I won't know until closer to the date of Standards. It's a balancing
act for me. I love to go, but when I'm away no work gets done in the
bindery!

I'm not happy to say that you are right; you should have bought the
hand letters. Finishing tool prices are going through the roof, in part
because the manufactures are having to raise their prices and in part
because of the weak dollar. I'm now trying to sell some second-hand,
hand-engraved finishing tools on ebay. They seem to be the only good
deal around, especially when you compare them to new hand-engraved
tools.
