Customers Goods insurance is what protects others' property in your
possession.  It's a good thing to have.

Water Damage insurance is a good rider to add. That will cover things like
damage if your sprinkler system goes off and wets the covered item, or a leak
in the plumbing or the roof.

School insurance covers students using your equipment, and yes, a waiver is a
good idea and may not hold up in court. Ask your lawyer.

If you are a corporation (profit or non) D&O insurance protect Directors and
Officers.
