Re: [GBW] paring machines



I prefer the Scharfix. It's more easily adjustable and more robust. Both
work quite well though. Don't think the cost difference is that great. One
thing to think about is that the Brockman is on a wooden base which you
can use your own clamp with, while the Scharfix has an integrated clamp.
Make sure it can go around your table top.
