[GBW] John Hyltoft Handout from 1995 Standards in Tuscaloosa

I was unable to attend Standards in Tuscaloosa, have read the"GBW Journal"
article about Hyltoft's presentation, but was wondering whether anyone has
the handout for that presentation they would be willing to copy and put in
the mail to me. The video is quiet good, but he keeps referring to the
handout, and the article, while quite good, doesn't answer all the questions.
