Frank--Keysan (keysan.com) in Pittsburgh sells NuKote carbon paper, but  I think requires a minimum order of $100.

  Does anyone have a source for the old style, smudgy carbon paper? I've tried
  all the office supply stores I can find and the stuff between printed forms
  doesn't work very well.
