Betsy-
I'm new to the group and don't want to overstep my experience. But
glad to offer my opinion, and you can weigh its importance. The
$150 sounds reasonable and helpful for the extra night at
Standards. The third possiblity for stipends sounds the fairest and
most efficient simultaneously- the three-tiered approach. My
reaction as fresh personel has been "Wow, these people are
extremely generous with their time! How amazing that the entire
organization is completely volunteer!" So, it seems time to partially
compensate those who have done so much. As far as the dues
increase goes, I'm all for it. It still seems like a great deal to me.
